The Producers

Smallholder farmers in the Yirgacheffe region of Southern Ethiopia, one of the world’s most celebrated origins for coffee. The producers are part of a Fair Trade and Organic-certified cooperative, ensuring ethical and sustainable practices. Farmers tend to small plots of land, often cultivating heirloom varieties passed down through many generations. 

The Coffee

Harvested at high altitude and traditionally processed, this grade 1 coffee delivers the floral and citrusy brightness the region is known for.
