The Producers

A family-owned farm located in the Nueva Segovia region of Nicaragua, La Aurora is part of the Benfficio Las Segovias group, which is known for its meticulous processing and commitment to quality. The farm emphasizes sustainable practices and meticulous attention to detail throughout cultivation and post-harvest processes.

The Coffee

This coffee is anaerobically fermented (processed in a sealed, oxygen-free environment) which slows fermentation and brings out greater sweetness and complexity. The result is a smooth, clean coffee with gentle fruit-forward notes.
